Call for Artists – Submit work for an ArtAnywhere PopUp! Gallery (60 day show)

Art Wanted for Syncapse:
Syncapse (www.syncapse.com) is a global leader in digital consulting, community building, technology solutions, and digital measurement. Syncapse helps clients leverage the power of social media with leading-edge customizable technologies. Sycnapse is seeking art in keeping with its cutting edge technology brand. Graffiti artists, vinyl applique artists, young and emerging artists with an edgy style are encouraged to apply, though all artists working in any medium are welcome.

What is a PopUp! Gallery?
A pop-up gallery is a temporary art installation in any business’ empty or unused spaces.

Benefits to Artists:
Art will be marketed directly to the business, its employees and, where relevant, its clients.
All art sales will be handled through ArtAnywhere.com which can process credit cards and take payments on installment to facilitate larger purchases. Art Anywhere only charges a 25% commission on sales.

Submission Requirements – What & How to submit

Send email to: popup@artanywhere.com with subject line [NAME OF CLIENT-YOUR LAST NAME] and the following information:
Your full name and coordinates (tel, email, website, mailing address)
Brief artist bio (one brief paragraph maximum).
In table format: full title of submitted work, medium used, and final sale price – please keep in mind that no pricing changes are permitted once the work has been submitted to the client.
Send your image submissions as attachments by email with subject line [NAME OF CLIENT-YOURLASTNAME] to: julianhaber-r13z@post.me.com

VERY IMPORTANT: Please use ONLY this format to name file: YOURLASTNAME_TITLE_DIMENSIONXDIMENSION. Your images will automatically post to an online gallery from your email submission.

Other Submission Details (submissions may be made in both official languages)
No submission fee

Artists will not be paid any exhibition fees
All art must be complete and ready to hang (loop hook mounts and/or strung with wire). Mounts must be able to support weight of work and all pieces that do not comply with these regulations will be excluded from the show. Unframed works accepted only if the work can be hung without a frame.
Maximum limit of five (5) art pieces may be submitted (all media accepted if it can fit in space and is approved by the client). Selected artists may be invited to submit additional work.
Shows will be either group or solo, as determined by client preferences.
ArtAnywhere can assist with pick up and return of all local art accepted for exhibition that is too large to be transported by artist.
If chosen, you will be required to deliver your work and assist in its installation.

You will be notified if your work has been accepted within 1 week of submission closing date. Unless otherwise specified (by you), all work not selected will automatically be included and sent to alternative local clients as part of an OPEN CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS.
